We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors in pricing, product descriptions, or payment issues.

4. Refund Policy:

Stock Products: May be returned within 30 days if unused and undamaged.

Custom Products: Non-refundable except in cases of defects. Slight variations (up to 5%) in handmade or custom items are considered normal and acceptable.

Defective Goods: If 6% or more of your order fails inspection, we will replace or refund the defective items. Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

5. Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Rush orders cannot be canceled once placed.

If production has started, you may be responsible for mold/setup costs.

Completed custom products cannot be canceled or refunded.

Credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss:

All items are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession. Delivery times may be affected by customs, weather, shipping laws, or carrier delays. Patches Co. is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

7. Product Pricing & Descriptions:

We aim to provide accurate pricing and product details, but errors may occur. If an error is found, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order. If a non-custom product does not match its description, you may return it in unused condition.

8. Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights:

By submitting artwork, you confirm you own or have the right to use the content. You agree to release and indemnify Patches Co. from any claims related to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes.

All website content, products, and services remain the property of Patches Co.

9. Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability will not exceed the value of your order.
